House Rules

1. Pets

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises.

2. Additional Guests

Unregistered visitors or guests are not allowed. Any visitor or overnight guest must be approved prior to arriving on the property.

3. Smoking

Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited.

• Cigarette butts must be disposed of in appropriate ashtrays or trash receptacles.
• A minimum $1,000 fine will be assessed for smoking inside the home.
• We ask that you respect our property by smoking outdoors only.
• Smoking any illegal substances inside or outside the home will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

4. Parties & Events

Parties, gatherings, or any unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

5. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

During these hours, loud music, excessive noise, or any disturbance audible outside the home is not permitted. We appreciate your respect for our neighbors and community.

6. Furniture

To prevent damage to the property, please do not move any furniture.

7. Parking

Please park only in designated street parking areas.

8. Littering

Do not throw any items over the balcony.

9. Linens & Towels

Please use the designated makeup towels for makeup removal to avoid staining white towels and linens.

Any stained or damaged linens will be charged to the guest as property damage.

10. Check-Out Requirements

Prior to departure, please complete the following:

• Dispose of all trash in designated trash containers.
• Wash dishes and/or start the dishwasher.
• Place used towels in the shower.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Report any damages or maintenance concerns.

A detailed check-out reminder will be sent the evening before your departure.

11. Damages

Please report any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues before check-out.

12. Late Check-Out Policy

Any check-out after the designated check-out time will incur:

• A $100 late check-out fee, plus
• An additional $50 per hour until the property is fully vacated.

Late departures can delay our cleaning team and impact incoming guests. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration.

13. Bodily Fluids

We understand that accidents happen. However, if our cleaning team is required to clean bodily fluids, a minimum cleaning fee of $150 per incident will be charged.

14. Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy associated with your reservation will be enforced for any portion of the original reservation dates that are canceled.

Please note:

• We are unable to reschedule canceled dates outside of the applicable cancellation window.
• We do not offer rain checks or future credits for canceled reservations.
• Any eligible refund will be processed automatically according to the cancellation policy applicable to your booking.
